Program Overview
The Event Procurement Program (EPP) is a community-powered initiative dedicated to supporting nonprofit, cultural, educational, and grassroots events on Maui. Through this program, Alive Maui provides free or subsidized access to professional-grade event production resources—including sound, lighting, and staging—to empower organizations that enrich the local music / arts scene and foster creative collaboration.
By removing barriers to high-quality event execution, the EPP ensures that community-driven experiences are vibrant, inclusive, and impactful—whether it’s a youth-led art show, a cultural festival, a concert or a nonprofit fundraiser.
